Caitlin has spent the last decade working in the sustainability world as an organic farmer, organizer, nursery worker, and facilitator for permaculture, wild plant, and mushroom workshops.

From 2017-2022, she was co-director of Orlando Permaculture, a local nonprofit, leading PDC’s and other short courses on permaculture design as well community action throughout Orange County.
Currently, she is the owner and lead designer of Regenerative Designs, an edible and ecological landscaping company. She and her team design and maintain beautiful, edible, and native landscapes with the expertise they need to thrive. Their mission is to design landscapes that create synergy between the human and natural environments for the benefit of both.
